Sen. Donnelly Opposes Proposed Changes to FERS Law Enforcement Retirements

Today, United States Park Police FOP Labor Committee Chairman Ian Glick and Chairman Gus Papathanasiou of the United States Capitol Police FOP Labor Committee met with U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly (D- IN) to discuss ongoing Congressional efforts to make drastic reductions to federal employee pensions. During the meeting, Senator Donnelly reiterated his support for federal law enforcement and that he remains strongly committed to stopping the proposed cuts to FERS. He also expressed his gratitude for the work of the officers of the  United States Park Police and the United States Capitol Police.
