We recently sent a email to members with email addresses on the most current mailing list to receive a Ballot in the Upcoming 2017 USPPFOP Executive Board Election. If you did not receive this email and you submitted an address update in the last 2 days for the 2017 USPPFOP Executive Board Election- your name might not have been updated yet. On the other hand, if you haven’t sent in an postal address and an email address you will not receive a ballot (There will be no place to mail it); and you will not receive email updates about the election process, unless you provide a private email address. The election is being conducted by mail-in ballot through the U. S. Mail- no address = no ballot.
Please, check your spam filters because the message was sent from a @usppfop.org address.
If you haven’t updated your address, contact the USPPFOP or one of your fellow officers that has done this already for information. There are forms and information in the worksites.
DO NOT DELAY THE BALLOTS WILL BE GOING OUT SOON — IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE MAILING LIST IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO MAIL YOU A BALLOT.

Please, get this done no later than 1800 on Monday, November, 27, 2017.
We will be sending emails to individual members verifying that their name is on the list during the coming week as the list is finalized.
